At Little Wing we understand that online buying doesn't allow you to try your selection on.
- We really want you to be happy with your purchase and help you find something that makes you feel good and look great....so we happily offer an exchange or credit note on full priced items. We do not refund for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
Please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods to organise your return. We suggest you try on garments once received as we will not accept returns outside of this time-frame.
- Garments will need to be received by us within 5 business days of return authorisation to be accepted.
- We will not accept returns that have not been given prior approval by email.
- Only one exchange will be accepted per order.
- Garments must be returned new, unworn with all tags attached and undamaged. Any returned items that are deemed to have been worn, washed, damaged, tags removed or altered from their original state in any way, will be returned to the customer. This decision is at the discretion of Little Wing staff and is final.
- SALE items and discount offers are non-returnable and purchase is final.
- For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on swimwear.
- We recommend using registered post with tracking to return your order as lost items are the customers responsibility and we can not offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
- We do not refund shipping costs on any orders and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
- Little Wing Clothing reserves the right to deny credits where the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
- Refunds are subject to the payment provider used. Where alternate payment providers are used, the amount refunded will be equal to the amount received by us, we do not cover commissions taken on other platforms.
